I also serve as a relationship manager with our 3rd party connectivity suppliers, including contract negotiation, initiative prioritization and program planning. I develop and monitor work stream performance KPI’s, and builds plans and processes in order to meet and support my Teams goals. I serve as subject matter expert for internal and external teams in discussions related to Inflight connectivity and Solution oriented; positively impacts the environment of his or her direct team and Customer Experience Team
