As Vice President of Data Center Delivery, I lead Veksel’s end-to-end execution of hyperscale, mission-critical, and advanced technology projects across North America. My role is focused on translating client vision into buildable, executable delivery strategies while driving schedule certainty, cost discipline, and risk reduction in some of the most complex construction environments in the industry.I am responsible for building and leading high-performing delivery teams, establishing program and project controls, and overseeing all phases of execution from early feasibility and basis-of-design through construction, commissioning, and turnover. This includes direct oversight of construction management, program management, GC delivery, and owner-representative services tailored specifically to the unique demands of data center development.Key areas of focus include:Hyperscale and mission-critical data center deliveryProgram and portfolio management across multi-site and national campusesPreconstruction strategy, constructability, and execution planningCost, schedule, and risk management for fast-track projectsContractor, designer, and vendor alignmentCommissioning readiness and turnover planningBuilding scalable delivery processes and best-in-class teamsVeksel operates where complexity, ambiguity, and execution risk are highest.
