IFTA certified in Aqua, Cycle, Mat Pilates and Group Fitness instruction. Specialty in Aqua Fitness at all levels and for all ages and types of people, in warm therapy or cool pools. The workout is tailored to the class description, demographic, and participant needs. I do not encourage a competitive approach for classes; personal health, medical advice from the participants’ doctors or health team, and other individual considerations are reminded to ensure each person is their own internal and external guide during exercise. Group exercise on land; basic stretch and lo-impact Aerobic Dance are classes I am comfortable teaching and regularly participate in to ensure a fresh and informed approach.(Previously an instructor at Emory U, Atlanta GA 1987- 90, Aerobic fitness in Washington DC 91-93, Dallas, Tx 1985-90)
