I have worked in logistics/supply chain/sales for 12 years and love the challenges my career path provides me on a daily basis. My industry experience began as an intern for the Hudson\'s Bay Company warehouse during my Sophomore year at \"The U\" and has blossomed into a passion for improving process efficiency, increasing engagement, and cutting costs, among other things! Outside of Hudson\'s Bay Company, I have also been employed by numerous other noteworthy companies including Live Nation, Tiffany & Company, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Jushi, and TJX Companies. My roles have been based in sales and business operations which has given me the ability to utilize my degree in Operations Management while gaining real-world experiences from top experts in my field. I\'ve aided in developing and maintaining competitive KPI\'s, improving customer service, and finding solutions to increase employee engagement and morale. I believe employees are a company\'s greatest asset and that any goal can be accomplished with proper training and execution.I am continually learning about the changes within my field and looking for opportunities to advance my career.    Complete special handling for disability and pension specific checks/statements for MetLife\'s primary print and mail facility- Process Claim Examiner requests pertaining to expedited handling, check destruction, and letter pairings to ensure mailing accuracy and elevated customer satisfaction- Communicate with management and counterparts to determine request urgency and deduce best methods for timely completion to meet standards- Experimented with new folding equipment to gain efficiency and quality within hand stuffing and special handling; Trained others to utilize machinery- Developed a color-coding system within shared email inboxes and documents, bringing visibility to request ownership amongst special handling areas- Created a training guide for disability special handling; the first SOP introduced to the department.
