Client Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor to clients and understand their needs and challenges. Manage client meetings, gather requirements and build operating models and present solution designs and detailed plans. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication• Solution Design – Collaborate with sales and product teams to design solutions that address client requirements, whilst staying true to the product roadmap. Develop detailed solution and operating model requirements, including scope, timelines and resourcing. Ensure that proposed solution align with industry best practise and compliance standards. Identify gaps between source applications and target products and flag these to the product owners.• Project Delivery – Lead the delivery of solutions to clients, managing project timelines & budgets. Coordinate with cross-functions teams, including implementation specialists and technical experts. Manage end to end testing of client solution. Defining and measuring of success criteria for testing of migrated data and reconciliations. Working with the Asset Manager / Transfer Agent to understand their inflight strategy and requirements to ensure that any build requirements are conveyed to the engineers. Analysis of Inflight / Cutover scenarios, validating against data and assisting with defining the runbook.• Subject Matter Expert – In-depth Transfer Agency knowledge to support detailed discussion with clients relating to delivery of products and services. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in transfer agency services. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Provide training to clients and internal teams. • Client Support – Provide ongoing support to clients in early life support to ensure the client’s delivery is a success with seamless transition to BAU. Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
