Team Building/ Team Development/Leadership Development SpecialistAs a team building specialist, I have worked with hundreds of teams over the past 10 years comprising a broad spectrum of ages, abilities, goals and interests. Teams range from leadership teams, not for profit teams, special needs groups, universities, and schools (examples are included on this page). Although no two teams are identical, most managers and decision makers are interested in team building/leadership development because they would like team members to leverage the unique skills, talents and insights within the team so they can be more successful in what they do together. Typically, during a training session, we engage in hands on experiential challenges. We then discuss how learning insights can be integrated back in \"real life\", so they can be applied practically to enable positive change and growth within individuals and the team. Training sessions range from in-house, hotel conference rooms, outdoor venues or ropes courses. I work with for profit, and not for profit executive teams, teams of newly hired employees, existing teams, and youth groups.
