RGM Engagement Lead – Commercial Transformation Engagement led role to ensure consistency of RGM platform deployments across multiple markets for one of the biggest CPG’s in the world. EBP Engagement Lead – Demand, Commercial & Finance Transformation Lead team of supply chain, commercial and finance SME’s in process mapping, maturity assessments, change impact assessments and end state roadmaps. This guided the client towards the Enterprise Business Planning end state. Pilot Lead IBP Deployment Lead a global team in the implementation of an IBP (integrated business planning) decision support platform with ML based demand in Iberia at a global CPG client. This included the adoption of new processes to improve the maturity of their IBP capability through the support of technology. Lead a multi-MVP (minimal viable product) approach to build decision support capability within the value chain for a global Pharma client. Modelled end to end operation to show the trade-off between cash, cost, and service for multiple what-if scenarios. Lead on the development of demos to demonstrate the use of prescriptive analytics in enterprise performance management – trade-off between growth, efficiency, and sustainability.
