As a Senior Account Executive at Explore Group, I help companies recruit the best talent in the ever-expanding world of technology. I am passionate about finding and connecting with passionate and talented people who can support the growth and innovation of the tech industry.I have over four years of experience in B2B sales, where I have developed strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. I have also gained valuable insights into the needs and challenges of different tech sectors and roles. I have successfully sourced and placed candidates for various tech positions, ranging from software developers to product managers, across multiple industries and locations.Before joining Explore Group, I was a teaching assistant at Keir Hardie Primary School for over seven years, where I supported the class teacher in lesson planning, resource preparation, and behaviour management. I also provided 1:1 intervention support groups for students who needed extra help. I am a resourceful, hard-working, and highly motivated individual, who is customer-focused and result-oriented. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can learn new skills and challenge myself.
