Within ODAA he administers the Department’s UAS program focused on providing data for Airport Inspection and Engineering Programs, and participates in its aerospace STEM education and workforce outreach programs as a subject matter expert.

I retired after 25 years of progressive Law Enforcement experience with 17 years as a first line Patrol, Criminal Intelligence, Court Security, and County Patrol Supervisor. My Collateral duties have included: Lead Firearms Instructor, Defensive Tactics /Use of Force Instructor, Underwater Rescue/Recovery (dive) team member, UAS pilot and UAS Team leader. First Class Master at Arms, U. S. Navy (Reserve), Retired. Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Specialist, Small Arms and Non-Lethal Weapons Instructor.I am proud to use my training and experience as the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Manager for the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission, in Oklahoma, City, OK. I work directly with users of UAS in the state, FAA, and other state/local government agencies and administer the Commission’s UAS program. I also conducts research related to other states’ rules and regulations for UAS and determine how Oklahoma can best position itself within the industry. As the primary contact point to develop/update a UAS strategic plan for the state I provide recommendations to other state agencies or local governments on UAS operations, regulations, and policies.
