I develop and lead online and in-person training for small business owners on several communication topics, from brand development to creative product naming to writing a business plan. I\'ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners in virtually every industry and representing every culture, helping them to research, shape, verify, and launch their business ideas. Many of my clients have succeeded in establishing sustainable businesses in DuPage County. I designed and led classes for a 6-month course to entrepreneurial students in the College of DuPage (COD) English Language Acquisition program. I created innovative communication exercises to help ELA students express their business ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling way. I\'ve also been a visiting lecturer/teacher at College of DuPage for students enrolled in massage, horticulture, and craft brewing courses. Topics taught include business plan writing, brand development, and strategic marketing.

I\'ve composed for musical theater, written short stories and poetry, taught creative writing and acting improvisation, served as a creative director and freelance creative writer for several midwest advertising agencies, coached second language students on how to effectively pitch business ideas, and more.
