I have worked with hundreds of clients on all aspects of their technology infrastructure while managing our systems engineers, help desk, and NOC operations. I act as the main escalation contact to resolve complicated IT issues. I\'ve been many things in my career; help desk analyst, systems engineer, technical director, sales manager, marketing guerrilla, trainer, mentor, and employer. Experience has taught me that the essence of my professional life distills to the following: I\'ve been passionate about technology since I got my first TRS80 and Commodore 64. I am a translator of technology for business. I speak fluent geek, marketing, design, training, salesperson, owner, and difficult client.
