   Lead the graphic design team at Care New England, the second largest hospital system in Rhode Island. Care New England employs over 7,500 people with 55 sites of care in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts, not including six main operating units—Women & Infants Hospital, Kent Hospital, Butler Hospital, The Providence Center (addiction and recovery), Visiting Nurses Association and Integra, the largest accountable care organization (ACO) in the state.• Ideate, design and implement marketing campaigns for the organization via organic and paid social media, digital display advertising, OOH advertising (public transportation and highway billboards) as well as magazine and newspaper advertising and medical office patient collateral.• Use research generated by our growth marketing team to allocate resources for most cost effective efforts based upon KPI and analytics.• Successful campaigns—based on QR code usage, social media activity and call rail phone number activity—include those for colonoscopies, Alzheimer\'s research participant registry, Hospital at Home care, adolescent mental health, medical and surgical weight loss, orthopedic care and capital improvements.• Brand steward for the organization advocating consistency in messaging, logo usage, design templating and graphics. Developed new brand guidelines for Care New England and Kent Hospital. Currently concepting new identity and messaging for the hospital system in an effort to promote expertise in five healthcare segments—women\'s health and wellness, overall mental wellness including addiction recovery and behavioral disorders, community hospital outreach, equitable community healthcare and fiscal responsibility.
