   Currently, I am the Principal Program Owner/Manager responsible for developing and leading the teams providing world-class integrated SME and A/B Testing evaluation tooling to all LN business units, including generative AI testing and evaluation. I am also responsible for providing senior leadership and mentoring to PM/POs iin the Global Products area.Previously: • PM/PO for the team developing an Enterprise DataLake designed to provide next-generation cloud-based content storage and publishing capabilities, successfully hosting all online product content. • PM/PO of the team responsible for Lexis Nexis search algorithm development and refinement. Originated Query Term Density algorithm (patent applied for) and several others resulting in double-digit improvement in search precision versus baseline. • Founded and acted as PM/PO for the team responsible for Human Relevance Evaluation and Testing for Search. • Co-organizer of RELX Search Summit since 2017.
