Senior Engineer Substation Civil Structural Engineering @San Diego Gas & Electric
A collaborative and hard-working engineer with over 25 years of experience. This experience is founded a broad range of geotechnical, construction, and construction materials engineering. From this foundation, I have pivoted into the utility engineering space. For the past eight years I have been a valued team member for San Diego Gas & Electric both as a consultant and more recently as an internal team member. I have had the opportunity to contribute to a number of spectacular projects. Two that come to mind include the $2 Billion, 117 mile long, 230kV / 500kV Sunrise Powerlink Project and the more recent 30MW / 120MWh Emergency (Battery Energy) Storage project (the largest of its kind in the world at the time) in Escondido, California. After leaving an incredible consulting, construction management team, I have joined SDG & E as a Senior Engineer in the substation group of the Civil Structural Engineering team.
