Team Leader - Directed management staff of 12 managers with up to 110 indirect reports. Responsible for all manufacturing operations and Quality. Goal Oriented - Successfully managed operations growth of over per year in the first 2 years of operations and delivered a pre tax profit of 10.2% during this growth. As a result, Qualcon was recognized as Atlanta’s second fastest growing business in and fifth in by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Achiever - Directed quality staff who achieved ISO registration in 9 months. Under my direction Qualcon was the first company in the southeast and second company in the Eastern United States to achieve ANSI S20.20 registration. Qualcon was also registered to ISO 13485 and was FDA cGMP compliant with 3 FDA product registrations. Our operation was awarded the Governor’s Technology Leadership Award for our use of Continuous Flow Manufacturing and SMT Magazine’s Vision award for our innovation of Continuous Flow Manufacturing. Qualcon was the first EMS provider to be awarded the Vision Award. Qualcon was one of the top two in Circuit Assembly Magazine’s Service Excellence Awards for companies under $100 million for value and fifth over all in the world in 2002. Entrepreneur - Founded Flexible Assembly Services & Test Inc.(F.A.S.T.) an electronics contract manufacturer. Full service operation focusing on quick turn and 100% customer satisfaction utilizing the Continuous Flow Manufacturing Model. Grew operations with no outside capital to the second largest electronics contract manufacturer in Georgia in first 3 years of operations
