   AUSB offers a high-powered, 16-month MBA program rooted in the belief that business can be successful and socially responsible. The low-residency design (once-a-month residencies in Santa Barbara + online learning) features full-time or part-time scheduling. With a focus on innovation and strategic leadership, AUSB\'s aim is to create a new class of business leaders who combine performance and social well-being.The course I teach is designed around a “living strategy” concept, each student conducts an ongoing applied Integrated Strategy Project (ISP) where they apply the major concepts from each semester to new businesses, that results in a comprehensive strategic and business plan that can be implemented immediately. Emphasizing values, ethics and responsible business practice, students develop the leadership skills to- Manage and motivate others in increasingly complex and changing environments - Anticipate and assess critical operational issues and opportunities - Access, organize, and analyze important economic and management information - Anticipate key trends and changes in the operating environment - Develop integrated business plans to achieve strategic goals
