   Blackberry’s Mobile Devices business designs, manufactures, and sells wireless secure handsets. Built organization of 150 employees with $22M budget. Led global world-class team based in 40 countries that measured and improved phone / app (Java, QNX, ANDROID) field performance using data driven metrics. Achieved 30% cost saving by optimizing use of test contractors. Ensured required internal field testing along with all required mandatory carrier field testing, such as Verizon Field Interoperability and GCF Testing were successfully completed. Created vehicle-based automated competitive analysis system that showcased best-in-class mobile performance compared to competitive phones. Transformed Field Performance Team by institutionalizing use of scheduling, metrics, tracking, analysis, and reporting tools. Early adopter of Integrity test management coupled with QlikView data visualization, improving analysis and communication of results. Cut testing time 40% by focusing on high probability failure test cases.
