   I have worked hard to get Fred\'s Appliance firmly entrenched in the Montana retail landscape. From our first store opening in Missoula in April of 2013 to the Kalispell and Billings stores in 2013 and 2015 and the new Bozeman store in the fall of 2017, my team and I have been busy. Acquiring and training team members, getting stores set up and merchandised, refining the order process, and helping to define a new brand in these Montana markets has been challenging and rewarding. This has been an exciting opportunity to create a fresh culture of appliance specialists who truly appreciate the importance of excellent communication and customer service. Supported by a strong brand willing to bet on our growth, we have been very successful to date.
