I\'m a C-suite executive with a track record of building and transforming businesses at the intersection of technology, finance, and operations — from legacy media companies to FAA-certified aviation startups.As CFO at Aero Design Labs, I helped take the company from early-stage startup to FAA certification and commercial partnerships with Southwest Airlines, Delta, and WestJet — becoming the first company in the world to operate a revenue flight with a drag reduction kit installed on a commercial aircraft. Before that, as CEO of Ballantine Communications, I led a decade-long transformation of a traditional media company into a digitally-native operation.My career spans roles as CEO, CFO, COO, and EVP — which means I don\'t just run the numbers, I understand the full business. I\'ve led P & Ls, built technology teams, structured M&A, raised capital, and navigated companies through significant inflection points.    Leading the finance function for this PE-backed company owned by Capitol Meridian Partners, with full oversight of financial planning & analysis, accounting operations, and executive reporting. Key responsibilities include building and scaling the finance team, establishing reporting cadences including monthly operating reviews, MOR decks and bi-weekly revenue flash reports, driving EBITDA forecasting and expense reduction initiatives, and managing the financial integration of JMC, a recently acquired UK entity, into the consolidated reporting structure. Partnering closely with the PE ownership group and executive leadership team to align financial strategy with growth objectives.
