   I addition to my current role responsibilities I will be encompassing the following - • Troubleshoot all necessary onboarding issues that may arise, escalate any potential bugs as they areidentified• Make sure all Onboarding documentation is up to date with the correct workflows specified• Publish any additional documents that we may need• Manage all Onboarding PTO requests and ensure we have enough coverage at all times• Help administer mid-year and annual reviews, and conduct weekly 1:1’s for the Onboarding Team• Help run the weekly Onboarding Sync Up call with updates, friendly reminders, etc.• Review all new appointments created in the #team-duplicate-appts slack channel - inform teams of issuesand correct when able• Review all new divisions being created in the #new-division-requests slack channel - inform teams if thereare issues• Act as a player / coach by managing your own territory with onboarding task assignments - player• Review the Annual Onboarding Report to ensure all URR calls and Rep Syncs are being completed by theirintended due dates• Populate un-registered reps for the “Un-Reg Rep Outreach” Google Sheet as needed, at minimum once amonth
