Doug has over 30 years of experience as a practicing professional engineer in the greater Pittsburgh Area with extensive experience managing civil and geotechnical engineering projects in the real estate, natural gas, mining, and electric power industries. He currently manages CEC\'s Pittsburgh office geotechnical engineering group.Specialties: Earthwork, slopes and landslides, reinforced soil design, retaining wall design, foundations, pavements and slabs, groundwater management, mining and coal combustion waste disposal and design, forensic investigations, expert witness, and litigation support.
