   Currently serve as the committee chair of the Emergency Management Executive Committee (EMEC) for ZeniMax Media Inc (ZMI). In this position I introduce and build consensus among senior leaders on yearly emergency management program priorities and end-of-year successes and areas of improvement.• Worked globally with each ZMI site to identify, train, and implement site-specific Emergency Management Groups (EMG). Worked with each EMG in-person and through tele-communicative means to identify in-country program critical missions to prepare for, respond to, and mitigate against all known hazards.• Primary contracting leader for multiple administrative, resilience, and management programs including security, fire, threat, access controls, emergency alerting, etc.• Primary facility inspector and author of multiple detailed facility risk assessments for emergency preparedness, fire safety, threat and physical safety, and security programs for all ZMI sites world-wide. • Perform all financial transactions such as check requests, purchase orders, journal transfers, hiring contractors and vendor, and travel reimbursements for all staff.• Recommend quality control and process improvements to the senior leadership with regards to overall business process.• Currently directing the global mission for planning, preparation, response, and recovery of business disruptions globally for ZeniMax Media that includes a focus on technological, natural, and man-made disasters, security related events, fire safety issues, and other emergencies.• Developed both a global overarching strategy/plan for COVID-19 and 20+ individually tailored return-to-office (RTO) plans for all ZMI sites globally.• Directed corporate department responsible for planning, preparation, response, and recovery of business disruptions globally including natural and man-made disasters, security related events, significant epidemical issues, and other emergencies.
