Current Research in Bayesian Nonparametric Statistics applied to educational testing problems, financial portfolio theory, and Big Data. Co-inventor of the Berk-Jones goodness-of-fit statistics. Co-developer of automated test construction algorithms and shadow CAT testing. Directed and co-directed over 20 doctoral dissertations. § Published over 50 articles in peer reviewed journals including Journal of Banking and Finance, Applied Psychological Measurement, Journal of Educational and Behavioral Statistics, Journal of Educational Statistics, Psychometrika, JASA, Annals of Statistics, Journal of Approximation Theory. Awarded research contracts including from the Graduate Research Council, Law School Admissions Council, ACT, Graduate Management Admissions Council, Office of Naval Research, US Air Force, and CTB/McGraw-Hill. § Teaching graduate level statistical linear models and probability theory for the MBA and PHD programs. Developed MBA courses in Analytics for Business Intelligence, Business Analytics Programming, Data Acquisition and Management, Data Analytics and Decision Making, Data Analytics and Visualization, Strategic Management of Information Technology; PHD courses in Statistical Linear Models, and Probability Theory. § Founding and current Director of the MBA concentration in Analytics and Information Management. Serving on MBA Policy Committee-current, and RBS Research Resources Committee-past, and RBS Planning Committee-past. § Consulted as member of a blue ribbon committee of the American Institute of Biological Sciences for assessing impact of OPTEMPO (operational tempo) on Soldiers and Unit Readiness. Consulted as expert statistician involving construction litigation and provided expert testimony before the Superior Court Of New Jersey Law Division. Consulted as expert statistician on licensure test scores for the NJ State Attorney. Expert statistician on Clinical Trials Data Analysis for FDA Reporting.
