Responsible for managing the processes and maintaining a cohesive and constant image in all advertising, print production and signage for a $150 million first-class gaming, dining and entertainment destination in Westmoreland County. Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing communications and public relations program that enhances the company image and position within the marketplace and the general public.• Manage external agencies on all aspects of media planning and buying, creative development, and execution.• Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications.• Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.• Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.• Provide counsel to departments on communications and public relations.• Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.• Internal coordination of all marketing deliverables.• Determine the best use of media across all platforms, including print, broadcast, digital and OOH.• Establish metrics for all to determine and manage the cost benefits and return on investment.
