Marine engineer with more than 23 years of experience performing and managing a wide variety of design, construction, and inspection projects throughout North and Central America, including container and bulk marine terminals, coastal and urban waterfront structures, oil and gas marine transfer facilities, dams and bridges. Previously served as New York Practice Lead for Ocean and Coastal Consutants and Operations Leader at CH2MHill (fka Halcrow) responsible for leading and delivering projects to schedule, budget, and quality targets; meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets; stewardship of client relationships; development of new client and strategic partner relationships; identification and prioritization of pursuit of strategic opportunities; leading rebuilding and resiliency efforts; strategic insight into business development and marketing initiatives; and oversight of staff for resource development and utilization. I am currently serving as Senior Technical Director in AKRF\'s Engineering Group, having accepted a new challenge to expand the firm\'s scope of services along the waterfront of New York Harbor.
