Doug has extensive experience focused on SAGD Thermal Operations. He has technical experience with multiple thermal assets that span all levels of Production Operations, including production design and optimization, facility engineering and debottlenecking, and enhanced maintenance and reliability practices. Most recently, Doug has lead operations teams through significant change processes and cultural overhauls focused on continuous improvement. He has delivered and stewarded large Opex and Capital budgets, while overseeing Environmental, Regulatory, and Asset Integrity programs.
