Douglas Finnegan is a MBA Candidate at MIT Sloan, exploring interests in entrepreneurship, food, agriculture, and consumer technology. Previously, he worked as an Associate within the Office of the Chief People Officer at Google, where he combined technical depth through social science research and methodology with the art of storytelling. Douglas brings people back to the center of every critical business decision.Outside of the office, Douglas has a passion for media inclusion and representation, agricultural sustainability, recipe generation, and supporting underrepresented minorities in college and the workforce. He is the operations lead for aka productions llc, which is a production company focused on elevating the voices of bipoc and queer voices. He hopes to continue honing his own skills and opportunities so that he can grow the impact he has on his community.
