Training targeted for employee on-boarding programs as well as on-going skills training for technological updates, regulatory, compliance, safety or operational changes.Achievements:• Developed an in-house E-learning authoring solution, resulting in reducing training costs while improving quality and efficiency. • Lead the establishment of a reporting solution using Power BI to produce required training reports to meet business requirements not met with the current LMS.• Digital learning with 360 spatial scanning, • Virtual Reality pilot project for high voltage training partnered with Lethbridge College leveraging government grants.
