I have been around the mechanical power transmission arena since 1984 starting from the bottom up. I have worked diligently to improve my skills with training, both book and personal experience in product knowledge and confidence building. I have been involved in some of the largest motor sales in Van Meter history with sales both domestic and abroad. Nema and above Nema product. My specialty being electric motor design and application. I have worked with repairs, design and application of all different types of product. Both as a distributor and as a direct individual with a major motor manufacture in a sales/design function. Being in a distributor world and having manufacturing experience has allowed me to see the best of both worlds and has allowed me to integrate the two together for the betterment of my customer base. My goals are to lead my team to a successful daily outcome and experience growth on a daily basis. I have a great team wtih me that allows me to do that. Specialties: Motor and power transmission application design and troubleshooting.
