Douglas Baucom, P.E. founded Comprehensive Assessment Services in with an early focus on construction cost analysis and property condition assessments. The company grew and was incorporated in 2008 under the name Baucom Consulting, Inc.(BCI) to reflect the broader scope of services offered. In February 2020 Douglas was a co-founder of B2R Consulting Group and in August 2020 BCI was combined with B2R to offer clients a more diverse set of services. Douglas currently oversees the Due Diligence and AE divisions of B2R and is the Chief Operating Officer.
