At Wells Fargo, I designed a risk program for a $1 billion-plus portfolio of business, creating a faster onboarding process with reduced risk to the bank, which means lower costs for the customers. At Kaiser Permanente and PeaceHealth, I deployed large-scale daily management systems, leading to reduced patient harm and improved resource utilization. At Kaiser Permanente in a partnership with Oregon Health and Science University, I designed and implemented a family-medicine residency program, one that has been producing healthcare leaders for over a decade. At Wells, Kaiser, and PeaceHealth, I led continuous improvement training and certification programs, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in savings and improved patient and customer experiences.
