Regional Retrofit Specialist • Committed to Sulzer’s North American customer base providing pump troubleshooting and bad actor remediation solutions. • Analyzes customer systems and needs to recommend mechanical pump retrofits and hydraulic rerates to improve pump performance, reliability, and efficiency. • Drives key performance metrics to provide value add solutions and present return on investment studies for each provided option. • Conducts pump efficiency studies and identify energy savings potential and carbon emission reductions in pumps and corresponding systems. Salesforce CRM Implementation Champion • Member of Champions team responsible for Salesforce CRM rollout and implementation to Sulzer’s businesses. • Responsible for writing CRM standard operating procedures and training the sales and operations team through live demonstrations and examples. • Supports the sales team with data management, troubleshooting and technical CRM assistance.
