I am not your typical conservationist. I hate bugs but value all life. I use my business skills to build holistic programming that restores ecological, economic, and cultural systems. I am a results driven social entrepreneur and seasoned operations professional who believes in the power of business for social good and making the world a better place. I find my passion in blending strategic thinking with operational effectiveness. My story starts managing a mortgage backed securities operations team through the credit crisis, takes a turn towards an MBA in Sustainable Systems, and arrives at co-founding and leading a start-up international conservation organization. In each role over the past 15 years, I’ve succeeded by believing in people, harnessing the power of the team, and leading through a shared vision.
