He successfully integrated and led the Equipment Finance organization and the Equity Sponsor Group during the 2009 PNC/National City merger. As a result, Doug was named CEO/Chairman of PNC Equipment Finance, building it into the third-largest US bank-owned leasing company. As Head of the Equity Sponsor Group, he oversaw a portfolio of leveraged loans in excess of $2B. Per regulatory requirements, Doug led a restructuring of credit underwriting, which supported the C & IB businesses in 2014. The result was the successful creation of the Credit Products Group for regional & centralized underwriting. Doug is deeply committed to corporate governance, social responsibility, and stakeholder engagement. He’s an executive Sponsor for PNC’s Mid-Career Women\'s Group and serves on board positions at St. Clair Health Corp, The Journey Ministry, and Waynesburg University’s Business Advisory Council. His Sustainability/ESG and D&I experience and extensive business and professional network make him a valuable asset to corporate and nonprofit boards.Doug holds a BS in Business Admin & an MBA in Finance from Waynesburg University and FINRA licenses 7, 24, 52, 63, & 79.
