Warehouse and Inventory Management:• Overseeing the Experiential Marketing team warehouse and inventory, both onsite and offsite, ensuring inventory management, organization and assets maintenance is executed in line with industry best practices and team policies and procedures;• Developing and maintaining an inventory management system for team assets and resources;• Tracking and managing inventory of promotional products, event materials & equipment;• Sourcing and ordering inventory, new assets, and supplies as needed- Shipment and Tracking:• Facilitating the preparation, shipment (to and from), and return of stock assets and resources for all Experiential Marketing events and activations;• Managing the logistics of shipping to and from events- Vendor Relationships:• Building and cultivating relationships with key vendors to support operational and logistical needs;• Collaborating with vendors to ensure efficient execution of operations- Operational Processes and Procedures:• Supporting the development, implementation, and execution of operational processes and procedures;• Identifying opportunities for improving operational efficiencies and customer service, both within and outside of the XM Team.• Ensuring adherence to industry standards for operations and logistics.
