Douglas Ruark is President of Red Rock Securities Law Inc. and our technology affiliate Red Rock Investor Technology Inc.Mr. Ruark began his career in corporate finance in 1992 with Heritage Financial Inc, a company he co-founded that specialized in sourcing commercial real estate and corporate debt financing for commercial borrowers. In 1994 Heritage Financial merged with InvestCap Partners, a Washington DC based corporate investment banking firm. Mr. Ruark assumed a partnership position in InvestCap Partners and was tasked with managing several areas of corporate finance for the company including real estate syndications, Federal and State securities compliance and investor relations.In Mr. Ruark served as a primary founder of Regulation D Resources. The Company was formed for the purpose of providing private placement offering advisory services to corporate clients with a focus on democratizing access to these SEC programs.In 2023 Mr. Ruark lead the conversion of Regulation D Resources into Red Rock Securities Law Inc, an Arizona licensed Alternative Business Structure law firm. The company currently provides SEC Regulation D, Regulation CF, and Regulation A+ exempt securities offering preparation legal services along with related corporate legal services. Red Rock Investor Technology, the sister company to Red Rock Securities Law, provides custom Regulation CF, Regulation D, and Regulation A+ Investor Raise Portal technology solutions for the management of securities offerings and investment compliance processes. The Red Rock Group has provided services for over 5,500 securities offerings since Ruark holds a degree in Economics from Elon University in North Carolina. He is regularly scheduled as an expert speaker at various venture capital, real estate and corporate finance conferences with regards to private placement offerings and the syndication of investment capital.
