September 2012 to March 2017 – San DiegoBranch Manager, Wells Fargo, National New Home Division. Managed a team with an emphasis on supporting local home builders in the SoCal market. As a retail mortgage manager, I was responsible for providing loan officer training and support to the retail bank branch locations.April to March 2017 – San DiegoBranch Manager and VP, Area Manager, New Home Division, Countrywide Home Loans. From to 2005, built and managed the highest volume purchase centric branch in the country. As, VP Area Manager, from 2005 until the acquisition by Bank of America, I managed a branch network with annual loan volume of more than $1 Billion. My role included oversight for both traditional ‘Preferred Lender’ relationships and ‘Joint Venture’ partnerships.Our industry has faced massive disruption and transformation.
