ABOUT DOUGLAS PILAWA
In 2013, after returning to the USA from my second stint in France, I googled the following words:\"French,\"\"Law,\" and \"Jobs\" together. That was the first day I learned about international arbitration. Flash forward 13 years. After several years working in global supply chain and marketing/sales at a Fortune 500 company, I went back to school and got my JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Master 2 in Droit européen et international des affaires from Université Paris-Dauphine. Now I\'m a Senior Associate in the International Dispute Resolution practice group at Squire Patton Boggs doing both international commercial arbitration and investment-treaty arbitration. Funny what a simple google search can do, right?
