About Douglas Pellerin
I spent time attending the University of Connecticut and earning a Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics with a minor in economics. After school I was able to earn a spot in the Synchrony Business Leadership Program which gave me the privilege of working on three different teams in two years spanning across the Credit and Capital Management organization. The Business Leadership Program allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of all aspects of the credit lifecycle and how to use that to drive meaningful change within the business. I was given opportunities to present and network with the leaders of Synchrony which allowed me to develop the skills needed to be successful in my future roles. Since then I’ve been working at Citizens on the Collections Strategy team building out strategies for the Auto and Mortgage portfolios.
