I am currently part of the customer service management team for Honeywell UOP customers. My role most recently was Service Account Manager and recently switched to Performance Manager where marrying our technical expertise with digital tools into a more focused customer engagement relationship. The UOP service team manages the service delivery and technical interaction with both plant engineers and site leaders as well as corporate technical and business leadership. Position balances administrative responsibility of service management of a customer with technical leadership for problem solving and troubleshooting of current operations as well as long-term planning and turnaround preparation. Client technology includes FCC, Hydroprocessing, CCR Platforming, naphtha isomerization, catalytic polymerization, HF Alkylation, H2 PSA, and other UOP refining, petrochemical, and gas processing technologies.
