Part of the Pre-opening team with the responsibility to implement and establish all the policies, standards and procedures for the housekeeping department.Development and implementation all processes, procedures and standards for the Housekeeping Department.Participation in the preparation and implementation of the annual budget.Assist Director of Housekeeping in creating training programs for cleaning, chemicals, policies/procedures and equipment for all Housekeeping employees.Quarterly and annual performances evaluations to all housekeeping employees.Assist in scheduling projects as requiredMonitor linen and terry monthly inventoryAssist in overseeing payroll for Housekeeping.Monitor chemical and cleaning supply weekly inventoryResponsible for inventory, purchasing and disbursement for all linens, cleaning supplies, customer room and restroom supplies, laundry supplies.
