About Douglas Lee

Being born in Los Angeles and having a family that is working all over the world, I knew early on that I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to make an impact on a global scale. That\'s why I moved back to Taiwan at a young age to learn Mandarin, obtain an IB degree, and learn essential skills in leadership, negotiation, and team building.At Taipei European School, I received a top-tier European education while taking weekly Chinese lessons, adding to my already diverse background as a bilingual speaker in Mandarin and English. Upon returning to the United States, I attended Indiana University\'s Kelley School of Business, where I accomplished a double major in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, including several sales courses, all in just three years.What sets me apart from others is not just my academic success - it\'s my ability to achieve my goals in the face of adversity. During COVID-19, I utilized the benefits of time zone differences by working during the day in Taiwan and taking IU\'s online classes at night. This allowed me to complete both my major coursework, two previous internships, and a year of full-time work experience in just three years.Through this process, I not only gained valuable skills and knowledge but also developed a strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude that will undoubtedly serve me well in my future endeavors. I\'m excited to see where this drive and determination take me next!
