Since returning to private practice, I have appeared in state and federal courts across Texas and presented appeals in federal circuit courts and at the U.S. Supreme Court.Drawing on my more than 16 years of judicial service and experience in mediation, I am committed to providing prompt, strategic, and solution-oriented advice on potential or existing conflicts for clients in a wide range of businesses and industries. Most recently, I have represented businesses receiving loans through the federal Paycheck Protection Program, helping them navigate the requirements of a new and complex law.
