After owning Kington Commercial, LLC for eleven years, I teamed with my partner Wendy L. Blair to purchase and open the first commercial-only RE/MAX franchise in Maryland. We opened January 2014. Located in Downtown Baltimore, we help clients satisfy their commercial real estate needs. We have substantial experience representing landlords, tenants, investors, businesses, non-profits and the faith-based community.We have managed up to SF of commercial property. Our firm has deep experience in eight real estate sectors: office, medical office, retail, mixed-use, industrial land, flex/warehouse, multi-family and religious facilities. Our principal service area is Metropolitan Baltimore, including Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and Harford County.We currently have 3 agents plus support staff.
