I have been a Multi Unit Manager since 2017 and previously was Store Manager for both Bath and Body Works and FedEx Office. The focus for my teams has two basic fundamental principals. First, our customers are always our number one priority. Everything my teams does is through the perspective of the customer and creating memorable experiences.
