Currently, as a General Manager -Ground Handling for Swissport, USA, I lead a team of nearly 300 in providing world-class passenger and ramp services to more than one dozen of the world\'s finest airlines. As General Manager, my role is to foster a culture that embraces safety and constant improvement while closely monitoring financial performance, staff training, equipment maintenance and taking a visible leadership role as the liaison between Swissport and airport management, government aviation safety and security leadership and the local managers of each of our current and prospective airline partners
