From construction management through to opening day, I worked closely with ownership and the project team to ensure a seamless transition into operations. This included building a strong leadership team, establishing operational processes, and aligning all departments with Hilton\'s brand standards.Since opening, The Hoffmann Hotel has achieved outstanding success, including top-tier brand performance metrics. We are proud to be ranked among the top 20 for overall guest experience, cleanliness, staff service, and food & beverage quality. This is a testament to the dedication of our team and our commitment to exceptional guest experiences. I contributed to the development of Residence Club programs at renowned properties like the St. Regis New York, St. Regis Aspen, and the Phoenician Scottsdale, all ranked among the Top 100 Resorts during my tenure.Returning to Colorado, I served as Director of Operations at the prestigious St. Regis Aspen, where we achieved accolades including the #1 Ski Resort in North America and the #1 Spa in the world for the Remède Spa. I later embraced the challenge of managing multiple properties as General Manager for Hyatt in Snowmass, overseeing the top-rated property on TripAdvisor in Snowmass Village for seven consecutive years.In June 2023, I was honored to lead the launch of The Hoffmann Hotel and Hoffmann House Restaurant as General Manager. From construction to opening, I partnered with ownership to build a strong leadership team, establish operational processes, and align with Hilton’s brand standards.
