I have worked in the oil and gas sector for the past two decades. I have attained experience working for service providers and operators within my time allowing me to get a broad understanding of various workings in many fields.What I give to the function of HSE is my understanding of the challenges that are experienced onshore and offshore and how to communicate at all levels of organizations. I have a sound knowledge of writing documentation from guidelines to company standards along with overseeing the development of company management system documentation.In my current role I look after all the companies HSE Standards and ensure compliance throughout the local business units and corporate function. Another main role I have at present is managing the companies incident investigation process, this involves ensuring the company standard and guidance is fit for purpose, there are competent and trained investigators throughout the organisation and that investigations of a Major level are of a standard that meets the company standard.Lastly I am a focused driven individual who works well individually or as part of a team and feel I can bring many benefits due to my experience, training and competence.Specialties: Lead incident Investigator.Lead Auditor.Health and Safety Executive Focal Point.Risk Management.Company / Contractor Interface.
