Hi there, thanks for visiting my profile!I\'m a Facilities and Maintenance professional with 20+ years of experience working for small and large multinational organizations and leading teams of up to 7 Direct Reports.My top priority is to create safe environments, drive improvements that will increase efficiency and reduce operational costs, and ensure the well-being of those who work at or visit the facilities under my care. I do so by leveraging my engineering background, and financial acumen, balancing a focus on people, processes, and technology. I\'m devoted to anticipating the needs of both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. employees, leadership team, customers, visitors), and seek to overcome their expectations, within budget. I\'m constantly interacting with others across organizational boundaries (e.g. finance, legal, marketing, etc.) to listen to their concerns, make collaborative decisions, and find solutions for tough problems. I`m highly motivated by challenges, enjoy working with others, and I make sure we take the time to celebrate the results accomplished.Most people see Facilities Management as purely operational. I believe in going above and beyond the day-to-day tactical tasks to contribute at a higher, more strategic level. For instance, by collaborating with finance teams, I have been able to develop strong asset management and investment solutions that improved financial outcomes over time (see details in my experience below).
