Doug began his career in financial technology immediately following graduation from the University of Central Missouri in May of 1987 where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems. Doug joined a very young and rapidly growing Jack Henry & Associates Inc. headquartered in Monett, MO in January of 1988 where he spent the earliest days of his career traveling and installing in-house core application systems throughout the US. Doug was appointed to numerous executive leadership roles throughout his tenure which include his appointment in to General Manager of Core Solutions managing all core banking products and services and was later named General Manager of Retail Solutions in 2006 where he led the company’s installation, support, release, development and customer education divisions for most all ancillary products. Doug is an accomplished and industry recognized speaker and subject matter expert on core and ancillary products and services.
